Bathroom Remodel
We enjoyed the process of this bath remodel. This project included: converting a single sink vanity into a double, new flooring, paint throughout, refinishing the tile in the shower, new shower door, removal of cast iron tub and installation of a soaking tub, wall to floor tile surrounding the new soaking tub, new faucets, mirrors, light fixtures and toilet. It turned out wonderful.
Kitchen Remodel
This was a fun project to take. This kitchen remodel included: removal of an in-wall stove, removal of the soffit above, moving the gas line to the adjacent wall in order to move the stove, moving the refrigerator to the opposite wall to create more space. Our client wanted more seating and storage, in order to do this, we created a movable bar table for cooking use or extra seating. We turned the in-wall oven into a secret storage behind the mirror. We added banquet seating for extra storage and seating. New countertops were installed, the cabinets, wall paneling and walls were painted. New flooring installed and shiplap on the soffit above the cabinetry. It turned out great.
Bathroom Remodel
What a wonderful turnout. This project included: a complete gut- down to the studs. Demo of a linen closet and of a water room. We then Installed new drywall throughout, finished and painted. We then prepared the areas with the necessary material for the tile. Tile was installed on the floor as well as the shower surround. We made three built in shelves in the shower area. Then the final touches! Vanity, mirrors, toilet, fixtures, linen cabinet and hardware all installed and wala! Beautiful!
Bathroom Refresh
For this bath refresher we started by removing the old tub surround, vanity, light fixture, mirror and toilet. We then removed the board and batten on the walls. Next, we repaired the drywall where the surround was removed and smoothed areas on walls that needed it. We then painted and installed a new fresh board and batten. Lastly, we painted, installed the new tub surround, prepped the floor for tile, tiled the floor, installed the new vanity, toilet, light fixture, vanity fixtures. Lovely.
Bathroom Remodel
This Bath Remodel was an entire gut and consisted of the following: removal of the existing drywall down to the studs, removal of the shower surround, tub, flooring and subfloor down to floor joists. Taller toilet replacement, new flooring installed, shiplap installed on all of the walls, mold resistant paint on the shiplap, new shower surround installed with a low curb walk in shower base, a shower seat, vanity was reinstalled, new shower drain, new shower system, vanity light and mirror installed. It not only turned out beautiful, but it was also much more functional for the family and much safer.
Kitchen Remodel
This kitchen remodel was a more in-depth project consisting of: opening up a wall into the office space, finishing the wall to a smooth surface, creating an opening in the wall into the dining area, shiplap installed on the ceiling of the hall, kitchen and office space, new paint on the walls and ceilings. Removal of existing cabinetry, countertops, stove and sink. New cabinets, countertops, sink and stove installed. Bathroom Remodel
Another fun bath remodel in a beautiful Victorian home. The customer wanted to keep their existing vanity and work around the rest. This job consisted of: removal of the existing stand-up shower, repairing and refinishing behind the shower surround, removal of the extra cabinet to create more space as you walk in. New flooring, new clawfoot tub and installation complete with the shower system and oval rod. Plumbing ran to fixtures. Exhaust fan installation, paint throughout. New vanity top, faucet, toilet, mirror and vanity light. It really turned out wonderful.
Basement Remodel
Returning customers of ours wanted to create a bar and entertainment area in their unused space in the basement. This project started by removing the carpet, leveling the basement floor, installing new flooring, boxing around exposed pipes with drywall and finishing. We then installed new cabinetry, ran plumbing to the sink wall, and electrical for the stove outlet, countertops were then installed, new faucet, new stove, trim reinstalled, recalked and painted, Lastly, shelving was installed above the cabinets. They are thankful to have this finished space to enjoy family and friends.
